These guys did everything that you would want to make getting a new roof a great experience. Very professional. Roof turned out great. They asked often through the process if I had questions, cleaned up so well including a magnet to the yard in case of stray nails. Very good value. Highly recommend them.

Rosas Pro Roof is by far the most professional and detail oriented roof contractor by far. I had 3 roof replacement bids. One just looked at my house from Google Maps and then sent me a 4 line invoice (not an estimate): materials; labor; a $250 fuel surcharge (?) and taxes. No other info. The next one did a home visit and wrote the charges on the back of a brochure. Jose came over took measurements and explained exactly how they would do the work start to finish. He sent a multiple page contract listing all of the materials used, warranties, etc. They completed the roof in an 11 hour day. There was not a spec of roofing debris anywhere after the cleanup. Super great to work with and completely satisfied!!

Very pleased with our roof replacement from start to finish.

Jose is a very honest guy. He did my roof in a day and a half. Paid special attention to flashing and wet 4x8 underlayment. Only $120 per 4x8 panels installed. He also put some special sealer on the bottom layer by the gutters. Totally fair price.
