Roofing Replacement

We are very pleased with the new roof from Rojas Pro Roof. The quote was very reasonable. Jose is friendly and very thorough. Most importantly, they did a great, fast job on our installing our new roof.

I was extremely impressed by Rosas Pro Roof from start to finish. I originally got 3 quotes for the replacement of our original roof of 25 years. Of the 3 inspections, Jose was the only one who asked if he could inspect the attic, which is critically important to determine the state of the plywood base of the roof. After we agreed on a price, and decided to give the business to Rosas, communication was excellent. Jose and his crew started on time and finished the following day. After completion, Jose informed me that a portion of the ridge hadn't been completely sealed and he came back the following day to finish the job. The cleanup following the job was incredible!! I walked around our house multiple times to clean up what I assumed would be a few scraps of shingles or a stray roofing nail or 2. There was nothing to be found and our property was left immaculate! I HIGHLY recommend Rosas Pro Roof!!!

These guys did everything that you would want to make getting a new roof a great experience. Very professional. Roof turned out great. They asked often through the process if I had questions, cleaned up so well including a magnet to the yard in case of stray nails. Very good value. Highly recommend them.

Rosas Pro Roof is by far the most professional and detail oriented roof contractor by far. I had 3 roof replacement bids. One just looked at my house from Google Maps and then sent me a 4 line invoice (not an estimate): materials; labor; a $250 fuel surcharge (?) and taxes. No other info. The next one did a home visit and wrote the charges on the back of a brochure. Jose came over took measurements and explained exactly how they would do the work start to finish. He sent a multiple page contract listing all of the materials used, warranties, etc. They completed the roof in an 11 hour day. There was not a spec of roofing debris anywhere after the cleanup. Super great to work with and completely satisfied!!
